Project Overview

The project involved interior modifications to a residential villa located on Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi. The scope of work included the reconfiguration of selected internal spaces using lightweight partition walls to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the villa. In addition, the project included the upgrading and modification of the external landscape areas to improve the overall appearance and utilization of the outdoor spaces.

The scope also covered the design and construction of a new swimming pool along with a lightweight pergola, creating an integrated and comfortable outdoor recreational environment.

Furthermore, all required drawings and documentation were prepared, and coordination was carried out with the relevant authorities to obtain the necessary approvals from the Abu Dhabi City Municipality and the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
