Project Overview

The project involved interior modifications and extensions to a residential villa located on Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi.

The scope of work included the reconfiguration of selected internal spaces using lightweight partitions to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the villa, in addition to architectural extensions aimed at maximizing space utilization and improving overall efficiency.

The project also included the enhancement and modification of the villa’s external landscape areas, together with the addition of a swimming pool and a series of lightweight pergolas, creating an integrated outdoor environment that combines functionality, comfort, and visual appeal while enhancing the overall residential experience.
