Project Overview

The project consists of a self-cooking kitchen designed to serve workers and is located within the Labors City in the Al Mafraq Industrial Area. The project aims to provide a practical and well-organized environment that enables workers to prepare their daily meals in a safe and efficient manner while complying with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The kitchen accommodates 625 cooking units, which were strategically planned and distributed based on an operational study to ensure ease of use, smooth user circulation, and optimal utilization of the available space. The scope of work included the development of the complete interior design of the kitchen, covering space planning, cooking unit distribution, and supporting service areas in accordance with the project's functional and operational requirements.

The project also involved the preparation of the necessary technical drawings and documentation, as well as coordination with the relevant authorities to obtain all required approvals. The project was successfully reviewed and approved by the Abu Dhabi City Municipality and the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and public safety requirements.
