Project Overview

The project involved the conversion of a villa located in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, from a residential property into a Pet Care Center. The scope of work included the reconfiguration and redistribution of the internal spaces to accommodate the new operational requirements and ensure that the facility functions efficiently in accordance with its intended use.

The design focused on adapting the villa layout to support pet care activities while maintaining a safe, practical, and comfortable environment for both animals and staff. The project included the preparation of the necessary design documentation and coordination with the relevant authorities to secure all required approvals.

All necessary permits and approvals were successfully obtained from the Abu Dhabi Municipality and the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority. The project was completed with the issuance of the Final Change of Use Certificate, officially authorizing the conversion of the property from residential use to a pet care facility.
